> SCORING: Please review the Match/Game Roster Scores before signing.

No Bracket Results, Wildcard spots or Advancements are valid until all bracket scores are posted and all disputes are resolved. A note will appear here when the results of bracket play have been reconciled.

> SCHEDULES: Venues and Schedules are posted online at the Cal South State Tournament website. Please check you schedule before leaving for each game. Every year we have teams withdrawing at the last minute resulting in schedule changes.

> COACHING CONFLICTS: Game schedules cannot be resolved due to the high number of Coaches coaching multiple teams, the number of venues and fields in play and how this affects other teams in the tournament. Any Cal South licensed and carded coach may coach any team in the State Cup tournament.

> REFEREE FEES: Each team pays the referees at the on field at the team check-in prior to the start of each game. The referee fee schedule for 2018 is now posted online in the State Cup Manager Central section.

> MATCH/GAME ROSTERS: are available for printing on the Thursday before Saturday games. Here is a link to the MATCH/GAME ROSTER printing instructions: MATCH/GAME ROSTER PRINTING

> CHECK-IN: The listed Head Coach or Team Manager needs to go online and print 2 copies of the teams Match Roster for each game. There is a MANDATORY team check-in by a Team Administrator 1 hour prior to the first game only at the Venue Headquarters. The Players and the Coaches are checked in at the field by the referees just prior to the start of each game.
