All Star Team Eligibility: Sixteen (16) All Star recreational team maximum per age group.  2 teams per Cal South District (1 to 7), plus 2 wild cards per age group.  Wildcards will be selected from a blind draw and rotate district each year.  Local District Commissioner Cup champions and finalist automatically advance.  Districts without a Commissioner Cup competition are selected by the local District Commissioner from local recreational tournaments.

All Star Player Elgibility:  Players must have participated in a Recreational League for the 2016-17 seasonal year in order to be eligible to compete.  Players must be selected and registered to an All-Star Recreational Team.  Players many only compete on one team in the All-Star or Open Division.

All Star Division Format:  The tournment format will be a round robin (min. 3 games) in 4-team groups.  Group winners advance to a Semi-final game(1v3 and 2v4).  Semi-final winners advance to the Final.   Format may vary depending on total team entries.

Boys 2005/12U – Distict 7                                Girls 2005/12U – District 1

Boys 2003/14U – Distict 4                                Girls 2003/14U – District 3

*Wildcard team slot not accepted will be awarded to All-Star teams on the waiting list.

• Player Game MVP Coin awarded by coach to opposing team’s best player in each preliminary round game.
• Team Trophies to Champion and Finalist.  Player medals to Champion and Finalist.
• Cal South Fair Play Plaque awarded to one (1) team in each age group.
