FB5 (Futbol Five) and Silverlakes Sports is pleased to bring you its first 5v5 Summer Challenge at Silverlakes Sports Complex on Sunday, August 4th. 

The event will bracket Boys/Girls Birth Years 2012-2003.  Teams are guaranteed 3 matches with a possible 4th match for teams going into finals. A medal ceremony will be held for championship teams.  Small-sided game format, 5v5 futbol; four field players/one goal keeper. Eight player max per team. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for Boys/Girls Teams 2012-2003.
